It's time for another episode of...
Book the XVIth: The Assassins Strike Back[/center]
Summary of Revenge of the Rolling Eye Smiley
Exposition lay in the beginning of Revenge. With the disappearance of raditz, bacon launched an investigation with Gorbin. However, it wasn't very successful, and didn't do any good. In the meantime, two mysterious figures by the name of Helga and Yama entered the Inn, both checking in. Curiously, bacon noticed that frosty was very suspicious of their intentions.
In secret, Helga and 'Yama' discussed their true identities: Helga was a 66 year old retired assassin, while 'Yama' (whose true name was Kenji) was recently employed into the service, and was at a ripe age of sixteen. Suddenly, Gorbin turned into a werewolf and attacked Helga! Bacon, not knowing who her real identity was, stopped the attack, while Helga threw Gorbin out the window in frustration, and called him a mutt.
Gorbin was absolutely outraged, and flung insults at Helga, who took no real notice. They disappeared for the evening, while Bacon, DDL, Phoenix, and Raditz had a merry ole time, when suddenly Frosty prepared a revelation. Helga and Yama were actually the assassins who had caused the disappearance of raditz! Knowing that the two would be after Frosty, they hid her carefully in the attic.
After a decent meal, suddenly over twenty assassins jumped through the Green Dragon Window, including Helga and Yama! A great battle took place, with blood, guts, and murder, treachery, and violence, if I do say so myself! After Helga discovered the hiding place of Frosty, Kenji placed a bomb in the common room while they suddenly disappeared.
The bomb exploded, yet when the smoke cleared, bacon discovered raditz wandering through the hallways! Apparently, he had amnesia! As the battle formed into a final stage, the rest of the assassins were killed, but not without sacrifice. Several bartenders and guests of the Inn were murdered viciously, and everyone knew that they would not rest until their deaths were avenged. The War of the Assassins has begun.
Of This Book's Posting Goals
We need a long book this time around... but 999 seems to be alot less daunting then 1000, so I guess we'll use that.
Let the games begin!
