The Proboards Fork Topic System developed by california of Proboards Support allows and encourages posters to start a new thread. When talking on a forum and in specific threads, people have a tendacy to go off the original topic of the thread and end up hyjacking the thread, taking it in an entirely different direction. This System can prevent that. Hopefully, it will be used.
Simply click on the 'Fork' Button next to 'Quote'. This will take you to a new page asking you which board the new topic will be in, as well as other options, such as the ability to either make a new topic or poll, or simply PM a user. Customize the options on the page and then click 'Submit'. This will take you to the Post Reply Page, with an already added message and a quote.
Please don't simply post that. Put some more thought into it, instead of simply posting a quote. I hope this feature can be beneficial, but if abused, it can be removed as well. Have fun.
