Welcome one, welcome all to Nazgul. This role-playing game ventures into the higher of evils within Middle-Earth, the nine and only Ringwraiths, shadows of what they once were, servants of the Dark Lord Sauron. Within this game, the nine will be sent on many a quest, and their personalities developed, yet not only the Nazgul are required to make this game a success... we shall need the Dark Lord himself, the Fellowship of the Ring, and all of Middle-Earth as characters as their enemies.

The Dark Lord Sauron
Name: Sauron
Age: Unknown
Alliegiance: Morgoth
Location/Home: Mordor: Barad-dur
Appearance: The Dark Lord sits on his dark throne, a crown on his head, and two gleaming red eyes from his pale face. He is larger than a human, but not so much that he is a troll. However, he has the ability to shift shapes to his advantage, and has done so in the past.
Personality: Cold, Cruel, Demanding, Aggressive
History: Sauron was perhaps the mightest of the Maiar, seduced by Melkor in the years of the First Age. Long after the capture of Melkor by the Valor, Sauron fled to the east of Middle-Earth where he remained for a long time. But when he revealed himself as a noble teacher to the Elves, they forged Rings of Power for him, yet secretly in his own reign he forged the One Ring to Rule Them All in the land of Mordor in the fires of Orodruin. Using this Ring, he wreaked havoc on Middle-Earth for a very long time, until the Last Alliance of Elves and Men eventually overthrew Sauron, taking the Ring with them. Lost without a physical shape for a long time, Sauron was forgotten in Middle-Earth, while he took up his own dwelling in Dol Guldor, south of Mirkwood. Eventually, he made up his mind to return to Mordor where he regained his physical stature, sitting on his Dark Throne in Barad-dur, the nine Ringwraiths collected to him. Here he sits, waiting for the moment to strike.
Aspirations: To control Middle-Earth simply.
Gandalf the Grey
Name: Gandalf, Mithrandir, Incánus, Olórin, Tharkûn, etc
Age: Immortal, Lost Count
Alliegiance: Not One Really- To All Good
Location/Home: He has no real home. He wanders.
Appearance: Gandalf wears a blue pointed hat, and a long grey coat. Big black eyebrows, and blue eyes, and many an aged wrinkle on his face.
Personality: Subtle and Quick to Anger, Kind and Friendly, Quick to Help
History: (taken from Arda) In origin a Maia of Manwë and Varda, Gandalf came to the northwest of Middle-earth after a thousand years of the Third Age had passed, with four others of his order. At the Grey Havens, Círdan entrusted him with the Red Ring, Narya, to aid him in contesting the will of Sauron. Gandalf wandered widely in Middle-earth, and learned much of its races and peoples. Unlike his fellow Wizards Saruman and Radagast, he never settled in a single place. He was instrumental in the victory of the War of the Ring, but during that conflict he battled with a Balrog, and though he was ultimately victorious, his spirit left his body, but was sent back to Middle-earth to complete his task. Gandalf finally left Middle-earth in 3021 (Third Age), when he departed over the sea with the Ring-bearers.
Aspirations: To help Middle-Earth be the best it can be.
-Gameplay-
The gameplay is very simple. Sauron will send the Nazgul on a mission, and they shall succeed in whatever it is or fall. Because of the other characters in the game, it should prove to be interesting how things develop. The game will begin at the very beginning of the Fellowship of the Ring as Sauron keeps Gollum captive in the Dark Tower. We will need some Ringwraiths, and many characters from the books to get things interesting. In conclusion, play ball!
