I don't know why, but lately I can't seem to sit through Jackson's FOTR at all. I used to be able to sit through the entire thing and be amazed, but when watching it today, I could only get through half of it before turning it off. Has this happened to anyone else?

Although I want to, I can't force myself to watch the LOTR movies again..

I didn't have to force myself to watch it... I just couldn't seem to get into it as I've been able to earlier.

Give it some time. I'm amazed how some people can watch a LOTR or Star Wars movie like once a week. I only watch one of those movies every half year or so. I would get so bored of the movies if I watched them often.

That probably is the cause. Until early February, I'd have FOTR on once or twice a day, but it was rare that I actually sat down and watched it. I think I just got tired of it, and focused on a different movie, Titanic, this time. It's always been a strange cycle.
